Bebe Fringe Neck Mini Dress, size XXS

My husband buys me gifts and does his best, lol. But I did not try these on in time and they were unreturnable! He is not happy, lol. BEBE just runs a tad big for me, none of these fit. I am a true XXS and 00 and my clothes sales/postings are all XS's and 0's. They were a little big for me, a little loose in the waist despite being XXS.. ITEMS ARE NEW AND NEVER WORN, TAGS STILL ON. Size XXS. Pretty and blingy!
