Bebe Cut Out LBD

A classic little black dress with cut outs at the waist and straps in the cutouts. It's sleeveless, a bit like a tank top at the shoulders, and has a bodycon close fit with some stretch. Meant to be a minidress, it could fall closer to the knee on someone shorter. There is a liner in the mini skirt and a long zip down the back for easy in and out. The material has a satin look, a little sexy and a little formal. It's the type of dress that could wow at a New Years Eve party, or just a night out. It's versatile in that you can throw a blazer or coverup over it to hide the waist if you wanted to.
