jesscboutique @janellno5 Hi so when you wet the makeup brush with setting spray and then dip it into the highlighter the glow that it gives off is more intense than if you were to apply it with a dry brush. Either way you apply it, it gives a nice glow. Applying it dry gives a subtle glow and applying it wet gives it a more intense glow. Hope that helps. 💖
