Beautiful Blue Lace Dress! 

Very pretty blue lace dress! With a scalloped lace neck and a see thru lace back this dress really says pretty! Pre-owned in good condition no stains, rips or snags...no belt and no size or material tags whatsoever on this dress but due to measurements I am sizing it a Small...it does have a lining cover the front and the skirt back is unlined...I don't know what the material is made of.... Size Small All measurements are flat lay measurements Chest 17" waist 13" but is elastic arm length 21" length from shoulder to hem 41"
