This beau can be worn to any festivity. The flamboyant red flower decoration speaks for itself. The sleeves can be worn two ways. Off shoulder or regular. The dress is sheer 100% polyester material but it comes with a under-covering material. I’ve worn during the summer, spring and on vacation to the islands.
