Beautiful transitional cut diamond heart necklace

This beautiful diamond necklace was my grandmothers engagement ring - the solitaire in the middle- and wedding ring - the diamonds in the heart. The solitaire is beautiful. Maybe about a 1/2 carat (not sure) but very sparkly. It can be worn as a necklace or pin. The diamonds are all made by the natural earth processes. I hope another woman will love it!
