Beautiful sterling silver spoon

On the back of the spoon it says Broogs (I think) and 60-24 (I think) Been at the end of the spoon it says Pantagruel. I acid tested for Sterling since I wasn't sure and it shows that it is Sterling I tested it with 18 karat gold acid and if it's sterling silver it shows that it's cloudy and white. You'll see the results from the last picture.
