Beautiful square sterling silver pendant aqua marine stone dark speckled quartz

This is a gently preowned square pendant with a dark speckled transparent stone, probably quartz? The smaller blue ones, I believe are aqua marine. The metal is all stamped sterling. See pics for size. Very different piece. Normal wear.
