@sshuler007 Sorry for the late reply. It measures 16 1/2 inches across waist, length is 22-23 inches. It is lined, no stains, rips or holes. This isn't a smoke free home however, I wash and dry all items before they are sent and as soon as they're dry I pack them! Thanks
