Beautiful, short, strapless party dress.

This is a beautiful, size 11/12 vibrant colored party dress in excellent condition. This dress was made by Morgan & Co. bought from Dillard's. The dress is a mini dress. It has flowy straps of fabric on the bottom half. There is a belt right below the breast made of beautiful purples and green gem stones.
