Beautiful royal blue blouse!

This is such a gorgeous and unique top! Its an extra small or a small fitting small and unfortunately it was back when I didn't believe in tags at all but it is in LIKE NEW/EXCELLENT used condition, NO TEARS SNAGS OR IMPERFECTIONS. Fitted frills in the front and padding in the chest area approx A cup or small B. It is either Bebe or Express, that I do know along with the size being XS and delicate wash is a must with cold water and hanging to dry.
