Beautiful hand embellished Victorian Revival pin

This exquisite brooch has a central oval porcelain depicting 3 colorfully clothed people in the Victorian style. It has been further embellished with filigree brass findings, tiny seed pearls, rhinestones, enamel painted flowers and beautiful pale blue pearlized glass decorations. Truly a work of art! This is an assemblage piece, hand made by an artisan, circa 1980’s. The base of the pin is a frosted glass oval as seen on the back, the other decorative elements are added to that. It measures 3 1/2” high, 1 3/4” wide. It is in excellent vintage condition. No missing parts, no breaks or cracks Very secure and pin works well. A bit of glue residue, and very minor rubs on the enamel high points. Gorgeous piece that would look great on a jacket, coat or sweater!
