Beautiful flattering dress with flared splits sleeves three-quarter length

This dress is black with a small white pattern with embossed texture. Flattering shape and three-quarter inch flared sleeves with slit, very feminine. This is a QVC brand, either Susan Graver or April Cornell. Text tag was itchy and I removed it. I am 5’3” and it hit me about at the knee.
