Beautiful drop sleeve silver velvet top by Say What? Size small. Also has shoulder straps. The sheen on this is stunning—all eyes will be on you! Measurements, materials and care instructions in pics. Preloved, but in excellent shape. Plenty of stretch. Lined in the top half only (technically could serve as chest support, I suppose, I would still recommend wearing a bra with this for actual support.) Though it works nicely as a casual top paired with denim, it really screams “wear me to the party!” Wonderful winter holiday top, especially for NYE!
