Beautiful cut glass, soap dispenser. Heavy weight, polished silver like top

This soap dispenser has a beautiful pattern of cut glass. Looks Victorian, or French. Would look elegant on your kitchen or bathroom counter. The top is polished silver. (Not sterling). The pump is solid, not flimsy. A few minor marks on top. Glass has no pits, or dents. Measures 8” tall, 2 3/4” wide.
