Beautiful cotton dress by Rhode

This dress is very light weight and could be work from the spring through the fall. The sleeves are very wide and the skirt has beautiful details and twirls very nicely! The dress can lay flat or be bloused. I am 5' tall and it is very blousy on me, it would look better on someone with a bit more torso. It comes a few inches below my knees. I wore this dress once.
