Beautiful chiffon XL summer dress from Pappya. - New tags still attached.

Purchased for a wedding but decided on another dress. I wear a size 12-14 pants and L-Xl top. 5’5” 195 pounds. The dress fits through the chest with a little room to spare ( 38 D)but is a bit too full on the bottom for me. It is also full length on me. Dress has a belt and quite a bit of extra fabric in the gown section so would easily fit size 16-18 I think.The dress is comfortable, very pretty and has a built in under slip so it isn’t see through.
