Beautiful, bright blue floral, BCBG MaxAzria formal gown

This is a stunning blue variation floral dress. The detail is beautiful. Cross neck blue square detailed straps, sheer floral overlay with thin silver metallic stripes spaced out. Very flattering silhouette. Perfect for prom or spring/summer formal wedding. Worn once. Perfect condition, bottom hem will just need to be hemmed or redone. The bottom hem at the bottom did come loose (as pictured) and there is a small tear by the bottom hem (as pictured). Original length (that was my mistake I’m short), so hemming should be perfect and needed for most heights and will look brand new
