Beautiful blouse, size M

Forever 21 electric blue blouse with an open back. Beautiful!!! Has been worn only a few times, just a little bit too big for me 😩 Loose fit, size M, true to size. The color is very pretty, the photos don’t do the justice.. I cut the tag off, so it doesn’t show on the back while wearing.
