Beautiful black Chaps half/elbow sleeve dress, EXCELLENT CONDITION, petite small

No issues. Perfect little black dress. Middle or bottom of the knee depending on height. Flowy skirt, medium weight material that is stretchy and forgiving but does NOT require a slip. Fits size small or petite small, 2-4. Please see photos for measurements. Nothing wrong with this dress. I've just been sick and bedridden for a couple off years and won't ever get to wear it. Trying to clear out inventory and close up shop.
