sparkleeparrot @phashionista70 sorry it took so long for a response. Yes, it's a 16W. It was too big for me when I purchased it. I tried it on and it went right back in the bag. I only took it out to take pictures of it. There are no snags or pulls.

sparkleeparrot @colleennissen it's too dark to really be considered aqua. When I bought it, the color was called Ink Blue. It's absolutely not just a plain blue. It has a touch of green and black undertones. It really is a beautiful color. If your skin works well with jewel tones, this color would work well for you.
