Beautiful and Sparkly Prom Dress

This dress is covered with the most beautiful, sparkly designs. It is tight fitting and very stretchy to fit all the curves! It is a deep blue color that is very flattering on every skin tone and goes well with silver sparkly shoes and a nice up-do to show off the racer back of the dress!
