Beautiful and High Quality Blue Prom/ Formal Dress

The dress pictures is a beautiful and comfortable blue dress that was work for Prom, but can also be worn for a Sorority Formal, as well as a Quinceañera. The dress is a size 20, however I wear a size 16. There's is a corset on the back of the dress that can be used to make the dress as tight or as loose as you would like. This dress was purchased from a formal dress shop for $600 dollars not including the price for alterations.
