Beautiful White victorian dress (needs slip)

Beautiful victorian styled dress, fastened with buttons on the sleeves and collar. Needs a slip under. Gorgeous for a nice summer day, can dress it up or down. Never worn. Has a bit of makeup on the inside neck area and sleeve from try-on. Not visible from outside. should wash out.
