Beautiful Vintage glass lightbulb 💡 shaped decanter/decor w/removable top

Beautiful Vintage glass lightbulb 💡 shaped decanter/decor w/removable top which I believe is brass, but I’m unsure for sure if it is. The glass has a couple of air bubbles in the actual glass itself from the manufacturing of it but the glass does not have any cracks on it. The screw on top has a small dent that shown in pictures, but it can be fixed and popped back out. Beautiful as a decanter or even if you put a set of lights inside of it, it would be a great piece for decoration.
