Absolutely beautiful Vintage Cookie Lee silver tone necklace with a blue rhinestone floral pendant. The rhinestones are a soft blue color. It has a 3 inch extension. Laying flat it measures 14 inches without the extension. I see no sign of wear. It has a lobster clasp that works as it should.
