Beautiful Vintage Cobalt Blue 12 Petal Votive Candle Holder Or Vase

This is a vintage cobalt blue glass votive candle holder or vase, often described as having a tulip or flower petal shape. There are 12 petals. It is a handmade, fluted glass piece that can be used as a candle holder for votives or tea lights, or a vase. I would recommend using battery operated tea lights and not an open flame tea light or votive. It is sometimes attributed to Studio Nova but since there is no sticker identification for Studio Nova it will be listed as unbranded. It has all the qualities for Studio Nova but since there is not a sticker it has to be listed as unbranded. .  The item is made of heavy glass and has a deep, rich cobalt blue color. It is gorgeous.
