Beautiful Vintage 1960s 1970s Custom Nubby Tweed Skirt with Inverted Pleats S/M

This skirt was beautifully made with every attention to detail. The lining is even beautifully made! Skirt features: Fully lined Loops for hanging Gorgeous nubby tweed fabric in shades of blue (dark and light), maroon, and rust Partial zipper with sturdy clasp on waistband Inverted pleats at hem Custom made in France by a master tailor in the late 60s or early 70s. My guess is that the fabric is wool or wool blend. Skirt is in excellent vintage condition showing little evidence of wear. It smells slightly musty, I am airing it out, but it might smell musty again after shipping. Measurements were taken with the garment lying flat and doubled as appropriate. Please be sure to leave room for your body and movement as fabric is NOT stretchy! Waistband: 27” Hips: 37” Overall length from top of waist to hem: 28” Seam allowance: 2” total Waistband is about 1 1/2”
