Dress Day - Vibrant tropical print maxi dress with orange and green hues. 100% Cotton and absolutely beautiful. This dress runs small on top. The dress is backless with 3 elastic straps in the back. Ties around the neck and is lined. Bust is 17 inches and will fit a size Small. New without tags. I was unable to wear it because it was small.
