Beautiful Suzi Chin Baggy Boutique size 14 red dress. Long sleeves with ties at the end. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Last 2 photos are the back of the dress. Wore once. Laying flat, the pit to pit measurement is approx. 19-1/2". The material is stretchy and the folds on the front bust allow for more room/give to accommodate the large bust than 39". The bust area is lined. Laying flat, the length from the middle of the back neck to the bottom is approx. 44".

The description should have read: "...to accommodate a larger bust than 39"".

Please also note that the bust material does not droop like that (in the photo of the dress handing on a hanger) in the bust area when worn. :)
