Vintage Handbeaded Mermaid scales pattern clutch bag. Jeweled Snap. Beautiful iridescent beads...see video. Not sure if beads are missing or if the cloth is stretching because the stretching is at the spots where the bag curves upwards. 10 x 4.5 x .75 in. Plenty big enough for cell phone and cards and cosmetics. Lovely hunter green satin cloth inside. Snaps very tight.
