Beautiful Ruffle Blue Top

Beautiful blue top sure to tie into anyone wardrobe perfectly. You can't see it that well in the picture but near the collar it has a ruffled bow that ties in subtly but elegantly It has been lightly worn and I will iron either upon request or if needed before I ship it out, just let me know what you choose.
