Beautiful Royal Blue Flats

Christian Siriano by Payless Flats. They have a front bow with the hallmark "Christian Siriano" the heel is gold. The shoes are lightly sided with a few scuff marks. The color is a royal blue is a bit hard to see the scuff marks. The shoes are so beautiful and they have so much life left in them. You can wear them with skinny jeans or a dress or skirt. They are a 5W as most Payless shoes the size varies I mostly wear a 5.5 but these fit me very well. The shoes measures from toe to heel 9"
