Beautiful Red Size Small Knee Length Dress; Bell 3/4 Sleeves; NWT; Classic Style

This is such a cute dress but runs very small on me. It is definitely a small (6-8). It still has tags, but there are a few imperfections. Please see the pictures. There are 2 very small black marks on the front. Also a slight amount of frayed area at the waist and it looks like a very faint water line on the back. Because of these flaws I have marked the price very low. It is a beautiful color& style!
