Beautiful Red Off The Shoulder Free People Dress

This super hot piece by Free People is so much fun! The upper arms are exposed and have a ruffle design that falls around that opening. the wrists are cuffed with the same kind of ruffle, and the collar is choker style. The dress is it above the knee, bodycon. It is in excellent condition as far as I can tell, looks to be flawless- EXCEPT it appears someone has removed the size tag. I provided measurements to help with that situation & I'm happy to provide more if needed. I believe it to be on the 0-4 range. The tiny metal "Free People" brand tag remains untouched. This would a great dress for holiday parties and even Valentine's Day coming up before long! It's quite festive for any fun event and red is perfect for this season and anything else!
