GUC to be safe because of normal washwear for this type of muslin cotton fabric. Also because there is a skipped stitch in the bottom hem-circled in photo. I think it was a production missed stitch. Such a pretty dress. Please look at all photos, as they are part of the description. This is pre-owned, and has normal wash wear.
