Very flattering dress by Pea Patch New York. 50/50 rayon polyester but has a cotton-like feel. Navy blue background with subtle dots, a white floral design, and light shading on some of the flowers. Mandarin style collar with two buttons in back. Attached sash & buckle in front create a flattering shape. Back zipper below a sexy open back. Shoulder pads give a cap sleeve look. nancyzorn @jeannie_meow 19.5" pit-to-pit and 12.25" waist. The hip measurement is a little tricky since the bottom flares out, but I would say approximately 23". The length from shoulder seam to hem is 49". I've also added a couple additional photos since the original photos were taken with my Kindle which isn't the best quality.
