For the one that collects these plates. I’m unsure of the brand. Vintage Napco Hand Painted porcelain Roses Gold Trim Saucer Selling for approx $20 a plate. No makers mark on back but it doesn’t mean it’s not Napco. They may have not had the makers mark during a certain period in time. If anyone knows let me know!
