Long light blue formal gown dress for any event even prom. Cleaned but Will need to be steamed for the light wrinkles taken out. Simple pretty dress. "used " laying flat measurements are: armpit to armpit is 15 inches under the breast part is 14 inches in my opinion I would buy this at correct measurements or a little big because you can always stitch it smaller but can not gain any material to make it any bigger. I guess there are always option to have a seamstress or someone who knows how to sew to add some material for the width but to keep things simple just make sure it is the right measurements or a little big .
