Beautiful Handmade Evening Gown

This dress is vintage, made by my great-aunt in the late 70's or early 80's, passed down to my mother and then to me. It has no tags. I have one son, and do not intend to have any more kids, so I would like it to go to someone who can appreciate the craftsmanship. I am 4'-11" and definitely had to wear heals for the ruffle to not drag along the ground. Its probably best suited for someone about 5'-4" size 3/4 and 34C bust. (Mine were busting out. 😂)
