Beautiful Hand Painted Tile - Beach Sand Ocean Palm Trees Seagulls Island Waves

This is a beautiful hand painted tile signed and dated by the artist but I can’t seem to make out exactly who it might be. They did an excellent job on this piece, I believe using an oil type paint, as it has a raised 3D feel to most of the painted areas. I believe the date is 2007 and if so it’s getting close to being a vintage work of art. This would be a great looking art piece in a beach home or beach related place of business.
