Beautiful Floral Cache Blouse

This blouse is just beautiful and soft not to mention from Cache! It has a draw waste and sleeves, with regular size sleeves, and a neckline that is also designed with the same draw as the waste and sleeves. These areas may use elastic for the stretch.
