I will measure to be sure tomorrow when I get home, but I can tell you that my calves are around 15.25 and they fit me well if that is any help. They have a stretch back panel, which makes them super comfy. Will get back to you asap! Thanks for your interest!

Hi, again. The circumference at the top of the boot is approximately 15.25, and at the calf, approximately 14.5.
