Beautiful Black and White Dress with Belt Girls Sz 12 VGUC

Dress is in VGUC - no tears or stains noted upon visual inspection. Has side zipper in working condition. Black patent leather belt with rhinestones- one appears to be missing and I’ve tried to capture that in photos. Belt loops are intact. Length from shoulder to hem is approximately 33.75 inches; P2P is approximately 14.25 inches. Sz 12 Girls.
