Round, red stones look like red turquoise but could be simulated, clear stones are glass. Very nice, good quality set. The box is in excellent condition but the back of the presentation pad has some damage (photo 16). My mom was gifted this by her 90 year old sister-in-law before she passed away. My mom never wore it but some wear on the clasp indicates it may have been worn previously. I've been unable to find any online information on this set.
