Can you take a photo that shows the item with slots visable? How long is this? Are the top straps ajustable? Does this have hook and eye closure, pull over head or zipper closure?

@mattonnaleigh yes I will take a photo when I'm home and it's about a little above the ankles, yes the straps are adjustable, no the back does not hook, and there's no zipper
