totalelegance@altonfamily when I was asked by a customer to show the hologram I did that but in the same instance I saw the scan and had never scanned it this is a personal hat I purchased from Neiman Marcus over a year or two ago I never had scanned that so I just did it and thatā€™s what popped up I had never signed in or did any of that until you came on the post to say I needed to sign in , so I just posted the picture where you interested in purchasing the hat?

altonfamily@totalelegance Iā€™m confused you say you ran the serial number but the number on the hat is different from what you scanned and the label on the hat is attached upside down. Have never seen Moncler do this.
