altonfamily You need to actually verify the serial number. You photo just shows you logged in did not complete verification. If you get it take screenshot before you verify the item

altonfamily @totalelegance I’m confused you say you ran the serial number but the number on the hat is different from what you scanned and the label on the hat is attached upside down. Have never seen Moncler do this.

totalelegance @altonfamily when I was asked by a customer to show the hologram I did that but in the same instance I saw the scan and had never scanned it this is a personal hat I purchased from Neiman Marcus over a year or two ago I never had scanned that so I just did it and that’s what popped up I had never signed in or did any of that until you came on the post to say I needed to sign in , so I just posted the picture where you interested in purchasing the hat?

neil6969 Please show a pic of the serial number with the hat in the pic… not so zoomed in so you can show the serial number is actually part of the hat
