Beaded sleeveless top with back tie and black sheer overlay

I thrifted this top and never ended up wearing it—it’s in great condition! There’s no size listed but it fits me like a medium; it’s a little hard to measure with the stretchy overlay but it’s about 18 inches across (and with the tie, can be cinched of course.)
