Beaded short dress/long top

Pearl beaded long top or short dress (if you're a short person like me). Either way looks great with black tights. Size Sm. comfortable material. Has stain, but the belt covers it and will be included with purchase. Belt is size Sm/Md. Both items from Forever 21.
