Beaded blue pageant gown with custom cape

Stunning blue beaded Rene the Label worn twice at Mrs. International for evening gown. Altered down to size 0 from a size 2. Won "3rd Runner Up." This dress has a plunge neckline and a straight silhouette. The fabric has a little bit of stretch. I'm 5'4" and wore 5" heels. Some loose beads at hem and a few missing beads up top. See photos. Extra reinforcement sewn in at end of boning for comfort. Cape was custom dyed and created for this gown!
